Almost all of [“source” of COPY-PASTE] has been COPY-PASTED to
[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] !

"acidic" drinking water including "bacillus anthracis spores" is "good quality"
“Table 1” (pg. 80) : “acidic” drinking water including “bacillus anthracis spores” is “good quality”

[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] “Table 1” (pg. 80)
(first 23 rows x 6 column of 28 rows x 8 columns data (+ results in last 1 column)) =

(all of 23 rows x 6 columns data)

"acidic" drinking water including "coliform bacteria" is "good quality"
“Fig. 2” (pg. 589) : “acidic” drinking water including “coliform bacteria” is “good quality”

B. FABRICATED article

data which is said used without mentioning any reference about where and how
it is obtained in [“source” of COPY-PASTE]

[“source” of COPY-PASTE] “Fig. 2” (pg. 589) :
row 23 which lower half is not available can be read with difficulty ;
it seems that there is column 7,
but it is not understandable what it includes.

[“source” of COPY-PASTE] says that :
“method uses neural network to determine chemical minerals and
[coliform bacteria] in drinkable water ;
success is 98 %”
(This study, propose a practical approach for the detection of chemical minerals and
coliform bacteria in drinkable water. For this fast detection algorithm a neural network
method based on the variations of the biological and chemical parameters, which rate of
success was found 98 % percent for 1000 iteration) (see “Abstract”)
But data list (see “Fig. 2”) does not include any data related to “coliform bacteria” (!), and
“Keywords” list does not include “coliform bacteria”.
[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] says that :
“method uses neural network to determine chemical minerals and
[bacillus anthracis spores”] and [cryptosporidium parvum oocysts] in drinkable water ;
success is 100 %”
Data list (see “Table 1”) includes amounts of (without “unit”, on the contrary to other data in the list) “bacillus anthracis spores” and “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” in drinkable water, and
“Keywords” list includes “coliform bacteria”, but it does not include “bacillus anthracis spores” and “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts”.
This means that while COPY-PASTING from [“source” of COPY-PASTE] to [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] the data has been manipulated by adding 2 more columns to include “bacillus anthracis spores” and “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts”.

[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] says that :
water is classified in 4 classes (pg. 80, “Table 1”, column 9) and
success is 100 % :
– if “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.9 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.1 unit then water is
“good quality ; class 1” or
“undrinkable ; class 3”
– if “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.1 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.9 unit then water is
“drinkable ; class 2” or
“dangerous ; class 4”.
But according to “water classification results” :
existance of bacterias “bacillus anthracis spores”
(which causes “fatal” “anthracis” illness)
and “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts”
(which causes “cryptosporidiosis (crpto)” illness
which is “fatal for some patients”)
in water does not affect classification (!) ;
– water including 0.9 unit “bacillus anthracis spores”
(which causes “anthracis” illness
which is “fatal” for human and animals)
and 0.1 unit “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts”
(which causes “cryptosporidiosis (crpto)” illness
which is the most common illness which is infected from water and
which is “fatal” for animals and patients who have weak immunity system)
is
“good quality ; class 1” or
“undrinkable ; class 3”
– when ratio changes, “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.1 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.9 unit, water is
“drinkable ; class 2” or
“dangerous ; class 4”,
that is, class of water decreases 1 level.

Classifying water including 0.9 unit “bacillus anthracis spores”
(which causes “anthracis” illness
which is “fatal” for human and animals)
and 0.1 unit “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts”
(which causes “cryptosporidiosis (crpto)” illness
which is the most common illness which is infected from water and
which is “fatal for animals and patients who have weak immunity system”)
as
“good quality ; class 1” and
when ratio changes, “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.1 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.9 unit, as
“drinkable ; class 2”
is “dangerous”, “fatal”, and “absurd” !

According to the “water classification results” in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] :
– look at the rows where “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.9 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.1 unit and water is
“good quality ; class 1” or
“undrinkable ; class 3” :
are there any significant difference in the values of other parameters ? : NO !
– look at the rows where “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.1 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.9 unit and water is
“drinkable ; class 2” or
“dangerous ; class 4” :
are there any significant difference in the values of other parameters ? : NO !
pH value limits for drinkable water : 6.5 .. 8.5
all pH values in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] are
between 0.54 .. 0.76, that is, almost “PURE ACID” !
conductivity value upper limit for drinkable water : 5.50 ms/m
all conductivity values in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] are
between 0.3095 .. 0.8651 .
chlorine residual value limits for drinkable water : 0.2 .. 2.0 mg/L
all chlorine residual values in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] are
between 0.3095 .. 0.8651 .
turbidity value upper limit for drinkable water : 5 NTA
all turbidity values in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] are
between 0.0000 .. 0.2630 .
total organic carbon value upper limit for drinkable water : 0.05 mg/L
all chlorine residual  values in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] are
between 0.02 .. 0.99 and over upper limit very much !
hardness value upper limit for drinkable water : 120 mg/L
all hardness values in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] are
between 0.00 .. 0.99 .

Remember that
[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] “Table 1” (pg. 80)
(first 23 rows x 6 column of 28 rows x 8 columns data (+ results in last 1 column)) =
[“source” of COPY-PASTE] “Fig. 2” (pg. 589)
(all of 23 rows x 6 columns data)

That is,
data which is said used without mentioning any reference about where and how it is obtained in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] =
data which is said used without mentioning any reference about where and how
it is obtained in

[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] says, by referring to , that
“The data of eight attributes as inputs into the NN classifier has been normalized
between 0.1 and 0.9 before applied into the CMAC based NN algorithm” (pg 79, paragraph 3).
But this is not true : all data are between  0.00 .. 0.99 !

In [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] let us assume that
pH values has been normalized :
[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] says that
all pH values are between 0.54 .. 0.76,
let us assume that these are normalized values and before normalization
all pH values are between 5.4 .. 7.6 .
Now let us look at the data and results table again :
pH value limits for drinkable water are between : 6.5 .. 8.5
[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] says that
– when pH value is between 5.6 .. 6.3, that is for 7 acidic water samples, water     is “good quality ; class 1”,
that is, 7 water samples which are classified as “good quality ; class 1” are    “acidic”,
– when pH value is between 5.4 .. 6.4, that is for 7 acidic water samples, water     is “drinkable ; class 2”,
that is, 7 water samples which are classified as “drinkable ; class 2” are    “acidic”.
– when pH value is between 6.7 .. 7.1, that is for 7 water samples which have    normal pH values, water is “undrinkable ; class 3”,
that is, 7 water samples which are classified as “undrinkable ; class 3” have     normal pH values,
– when pH value is between 7.2 .. 7.6, that is for 7 water samples which have    normal pH values, water is “dangerous ; class 4”,
that is, 7 water samples which are classified as “dangerous ; class 4” have     normal pH values.
All these are “dangerous”, “fatal”, and “absurd” !

It is very obvious that
– study – work performed in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] : NONE !
– all data which is said used without mentioning any reference about where and how it is obtained and all results which is said obtained from this data are FABRICATED, and moreover some of them are super absurd !
[PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] says that
if water acidic and
– “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.9 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.1 unit, then water is
“good quality ; class 1”
– “bacillus anthracis spores” is 0.1 unit and
“cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” is 0.9 unit, then water is
“drinkable ; class 2”.
These are “dangerous” and “fatal” for public health, and “absurd” !

Data which is said “of 28 different water samples” and used without mentioning any reference about where and how it is obtained in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] is FABRICATED. All fabricated numbers for other parameters are different than each other. But
– 14 of them contain 0.9 unit “bacillus anthracis spores” and
0.1 unit “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts” and
– 14 of them contain 0.1 unit “bacillus anthracis spores” and
0.9 unit “cryptosporidium parvum oocysts”.
Even this alone obviously shows that all data is FABRICATED.

Other examples which show that all data is FABRICATED :
conductivity value of water is determined by its pH value ;
when pH value goes below 7.0, that is when ratio of acid in water increases, conductivity increases.
According to data which is said used in [PLAGIARIZED and FABRICATED article] :
– when ratio of acid in water increases, conductivity decreases,
– conductivities of waters which are said “DRINKABLE” are higher than
conductivities of waters which are said “UNDRINKABLE” and “DANGEROUS”:
This is “dangerous”, “fatal”, and “absurd” ! :
pH    conductivity                    water class
